А “события для сообщества” - это что имеется в виду?

Здравствуйте. Скажи, а на встрече можно будет найти хорошего специалиста для одного интересного проекта (создание крупномаштабной системы для корпоративных клиентов)? Нужен Flex/Flash программист. Необходимо на логику на логику со сторон сервера натягивать красивый функционал.?
